Description
The Account Manager has overall responsibility for the achievement of Benefit retail objectives in store. Through leading your team by setting the perfect example, you will maximise on all sales opportunities and ensure the team provide the best customer service and shopping experience possible. Duties include: ensuring individual and team targets are achieved; developing a motivated team through teamwork. A key responsibility of the Account Manager is to develop a motivated team of consultants; Promotions & Special Events, looking at every business-building opportunity to drive the business; Training to maintain the highest standards of performance; Managing stock levels; Building, managing & organising customer records; Communication with Store and Benefit Management; Administration ensuring that paperwork is completed accurately on a daily/weekly/monthly basis; Devising staff rotas to provide the most effective coverage of the counter maximising the resources available.
