Description

This Account Manager role within an established, financially secure business (20+years in operation, 30 staff, over 300 clients, 5500 users, fast growth including internationally) which is the niche market leader in Ireland is based in the head office in Sandyford. The bright, well lit modern office is just down the road from the Dundrum Town Shopping Centre (and Luas station) is located in the picturesque grounds of the Irish Management Institute Business Campus on the Sandyford Road. The role reports to the Senior Project Manager and indirectly to the Sales and Marketing Manager as part of a 5-7 person sales and marketing team structure and the role is working initially in a project team of 5-10 people – the project is identified as the No.1 Strategic Focus of the company. It will include responsibility over communications, client needs requirements and liasing with both client management and internal staff.

Skills Requirements

Some of the functions required over a typical week will include: Site visits. Appointment setting. Documentation in CRM. Internal project meetings. Lead sharing with other departments. Relentless follow-up. Communicating issues and actions to senior project manager/sales and marketing manager. This role has been created as part of the company�??s expansion and plays a key part of the development of the business.
