Description
Responsible for driving sales of fresh fruit and vegetable products nationwide. Working closely with Retail Business owners, multiples and independent grocery and convenience stores. Maintaining existing procurement systems. Responsible for a nationwide territory of retail stores with clear focus on acquisition and retention of base. Develop, build and maintain excellent relationships with all current and potential clients. Maximise all opportunities through your own networking skills. Implement and communicate a strategic business plan. Demonstrate your ability to communicate with business owners and decision makers by keeping abreast with all Industry knowledge. Optimise on all business contacts through your Fresh and Innovative selling techniques. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Skills Requirements
6+ Sales Management experience within the FMCG Sector at a senior level. Strong IT experience. Experience in delivering a Strategic Sales Plan. Familiar with the sales process for a low margin high volume product into the convenience retail market. Experience in managing a sales team.
