We are currently seeking a trainee Accountant to work as part of a team whose duties would include: Invoice processing. Monthly creditor reconciliations. Issuing supplier payments. General ledger maintenance on accountancy package. Bank Reconciliations. Weekly controls. Weekly reporting to client. Periodic statutory returns (Vat, Environmental Levy). Assisting account manager with preparation of quarterly management accounts. This role is most suited to a candidate who is looking to progress their career within a company who will provide broad experience of the accounts function. The company encourages all trainee accountants to achieve a professional qualification preferably CPA, ACCA or CIMA and offers a study package to reflect this.
