Accounts / Administration Assistant – ACS Amalgamated Computer Supplies – Co Kildare

Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic self motivated individual to work in a busy Accounts/operations office. The job involves Credit Control, Purchase Ledger Reconciliation, Sales Ledger Management, Data Entry, Finance administration, Sales Order Entry. We are looking for people who have experience in working in an accounts or Administration office with at least one full years experience. Experience in the Officer Supplies or Managed Print Environment would be a distinct advantage. Candidate should be able to multi task and show a good attention to detail. Candidates should also have working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products and be PC literate.
