Description
We are seeking an experienced person to take responsibility for the company?s book keeping, and general administration activity. The person should have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity and have in depth knowledge of Accounts payable and using an accounts package such as Quickbooks. The Role involves:All Accounts Payable activity. Accounts receivable reconciliation & Debtors management. Generating monthly reports and statistics. Preparing accounts to trial balance. Bank reconciliation.Supplier statement reconciliation. Resolution of invoicing queries.Resolution of returns credits. Other activity related to Accounts, bookkeeping & administration. Improve on existing systems and assist in upgrading as the business grows.
Skills Requirements
The requirements:Excellent communication skills.Ability to work with a small group and get things done quickly and accurately.Be able to recommend and implement improvement on existing system.IATA or similar qualification. Experienced in accounts packages,financial systems and processes used in small business.
