Accounts Administrator – Carrick Recruitment – Dublin 18

Position available for an experienced Account Technician or Part Qualified Accountant. Our client in Dublin has exciting plans for 2015 and this will be an integral role for the company. An excellent package is available for the successful candidate. Regular duties will include the following: Debtors Ledger: Daily invoicing. Weekly debtor reconciliations. Print and issue debtor statements on a monthly basis. Posting/allocation of cash/cheques on a daily basis. Dealing with debtor queries with appropriate follow up to resolve queries. Achieve a reduction in debtor balances. Review of debtors balances and aged debtors listing on a monthly basis. Creditors Ledger: Manage Subcontractors Invoices, Payments & Reconciliations. Payroll: Processing of two weekly and one monthly payroll. IPASS an advantage. Quantum Payroll experience an advantage. Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel & Outlook. Accountant Technician or Part Qualified Accountant Strong Administration Skills. Minimum five years experience working in an accounts role.
