We are seeking an accounts administration to join our expanding team in Westmeath We are looking for a friendly, outgoing individual to work in our accounts department. It is an ideal job for someone who loves dealing with people and keeping busy with lots of varied and interesting tasks. It is a role where you will be offered as much responsibility as you are able or willing to handle. The role may suit an accounting technician or trainee accountant.
Skills Requirements
Skills Required: Sales and Purchase ledger processing, and reconciliations. Bank account processing and reconciliations. Nominal ledger processing, analysis and reconciliation. Good working Knowledge of Purchase ordering systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Processing client sales paperwork including invoice generation and direct debit mandates. Processing monthly client direct debit payment runs. Processing online creditor payments.
