Accounts Administrator – Forest Produce Ltd – Co Kerry

We are currently recruiting an experienced person to join our finance/administration team. The key responsibilities would be: Assume full responsibility for payroll processing controls, post payroll process eg. payslips, posting to accounts; Role includes responsibility for personnel administration, data processing & controls; Preparation of sales invoices and delivery dockets; Processing and paying supplier invoices in line with payment terms and reconciliation to supplier statements; Processing bank payments and receipts together with bank reconciliations; Preparation of monthly management accounts to draft stage; Filing of monthly revenue returns (vies, instraat etc.). Accounting technician qualification; Strong computer skills especially SAGE, Micropay, Excel, Word and Outlook; Ability to prioritise time correctly to meet objectives which have been set; Excellent attention to detail – ability to check accuracy of own work.
