Oak Recruitment are currently seeking for experienced administrator, Sage line 50 for our client. Candidates must have at least 2-3 years experience in this role and be familiar with all the aspects of the job. Good written and spoken English is essential. Candidates that are suitable should acquired to do as follows; Main duties and responsibilities; Processing all paper work onto the system and ensure accuracy of same. Deal with all customer service queries. Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the service. Ensuring all invoicing and paper work is completed correctly. Proper administration of all general office duties.Accuracy with figures and accounts. Team player and an ability to work on own initiative.
