Description

Duties to include answering phone calls, dealing with customers & suppliers. General filing and office duties. Processing purchase orders, delivery dockets and invoices using our accounting software package. Credit control. Applicants must have accounts experience and good phone manner. Good command of the English language essential. Must have excellent working knowledge of MS Office Software (Word, Excel and Outlook). Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Must have some knowledge of accounting principles and experience of using accounting packages.
