Our customer base contains some of the worlds largest Semiconductor Device Manufacturers in addition to the Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturers with whom we have long standing and fruitful relationships. We are hiring for an Accounts Administrator/Bookkeeper to carry out the following role: General administration in support of the Retronix Semiconductor Ireland service business including travel and expense management & general office duties; Support for the finance administration of the Retronix Semiconductor Ireland business to include: Maintain Creditors ledger to include monthly supplier reconciliations; Prepare supplier payments; Weekly & monthly banking etc.
Skills Requirements
Collate time sheet information for monthly invoicing and payroll. Monthly sales invoices. Prepare prepayment and accruals journals at month end. Monthly profit & loss accounts and balance sheet accounts preparation. Preparation of weekly and monthly cash flow & profit forecast. Have experience of operating a job costing system and maintaining detailed inventory records. -Manage monthly payroll and process all statutory returns(ROS). -Ad Hoc duties as required.
