Retronix Semiconductor are hiring for an Accounts Administrator/Bookkeeper to carry out the following role: General administration in support of the Retronix Semiconductor Ireland service business including travel and expense management & general office duties; Support for the finance administration of the Retronix Semiconductor Ireland business to include: Maintain Creditors ledger to include monthly supplier reconciliations; Prepare supplier payments; Weekly & monthly banking etc.
Skills Requirements
Collate time sheet information for monthly invoicing and payroll. Monthly sales invoices. Prepare prepayment and accruals journals at month end. Monthly profit & loss accounts and balance sheet accounts preparation. Preparation of weekly and monthly cash flow & profit forecast. Have experience of operating a job costing system and maintaining detailed inventory records. -Manage monthly payroll and process all statutory returns(ROS). -Ad Hoc duties as required.
