A Diocesan initiative entitled ‘Living the Joy of the Gospel, Building Our Faith Community’ is an ongoing multi-strand review of how best to manage current resources and potential future income. As part of this initiative the fundraising project that is underway requires an Accounts Assistant.
The full time position is being offered on a 6 month basis.
Requirements
Previous administration and customer service experience;
Advanced IT Skills, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and databases;
Be able to reconcile bank statements and prepare and present weekly and monthly account reports;
Highly developed interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic, warm and friendly manner.
