Description
Accounts Assistant required for busy office in Kilcoole. Reporting to Finance Manager. Inputting invoices and payments, reconciliation of Supplier Statements, Bank Reconciliation. Payroll for 100+ staff. Managing HR Duties i.e. contracts. Assisting the Finance Manager when required. Must have experience in Big Red Book Accounts Package and Thesaurus Payroll. Ability to work on own initiative.
