Accounts Assistant – M2 Office Supplies – Limerick

Description

Duties will include: Accounts Receivable:Preparing the daily lodgement, Daily Debtor contact, Liaising with Sales Personnel to update their accounts, Weekly Sales Invoice run, Dealing with price queries promptly, Weekly Sales Returns, Monthly Debtor Statement run. Accounts Payable:- Matching Purchase Invoices to Purchase Orders, Resolving queries, Weekly Purchase returns, Monthly Creditor payment run, Monthly Creditor reconciliations. Also required to perform administration duties including copying and filing.

Skills Requirements

Data entry skills. Excellent attention to detail. Very detailed personality, with ability to work harmoniously in a team Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office tools Knowledge of accounting software. Excellent time management skills for carrying out tasks within schedule and accurately. Strong communication skills for relating with all levels of staff officially without misunderstanding of assignments.
