Description

Preparation of data and input into Sales/Purchases Ledgers. Preparing reconciliations and monthly reports, data and input of bank payments and bank receipts, reconciliations and monthly reports. Preparation of data and input into Payroll Systems on a four weekly basis. Producing payroll and revenue reports and liaising with HR department. Preparation of analytical reports from the accounting data for presentation to management. Experience using payroll and accounting packages. Experience using Excel Spreadsheets and MS Word. Previous experience in a similar role a distinct advantage. Ability to take instruction and work under pressure and to strict deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Similar role experience of three years minimum. Fluent English both written and oral.
