Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for organising and overseeing the smooth running of all campaigns both inbound and outbound. Responsible for the day to day management of the operations/activities of the department to ensure optimum delivery of departmental KPIs. An excellent telephone manner and a good command of English and also confident to interact with both Business to Business and Business to Consumer customers and contacts. Some supervisory experience would be desired. Strong accuracy, organisation and administration skills – reporting. Self motivated and a team player. Proven ability to gather monitor and document data. Minimum four years office experience. An interest in sales. Results and target driven. Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. Some experience in Social Media Business Twitter, Facebook. Must have some experience within lead generation and telemarketing.
