Key Responsibilities: Manage stakeholder groups within one or more Customers; Supporting the Commercial Director in budget management and responsible for customer forecasting; Creating integrated plans that deliver the strategy supporting excellent execution; Accountable for Customer performance against defined targets; Responsible for expert knowledge of their customer and its competitors; Responsible for the planning and development of Customer promotions; Responsible for the creation and maintenance of Customer Business Plans and responsible for the negotiation and delivery of the targeted customer trade rate for all activities. The ideal candidate must have a minimum degree qualification and previous experience managing national accounts with the ability to proactively manage a major Customer Account, the candidate must also have an understanding of JBP negotiations. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the internal business processes with a keen understanding of commercial elements and performance of the business and the ability to identify key issues and trends.
