We are looking for a target driven Accounts & Payroll Generalist to work in the Accounts department with the growing Accounts team. This role requires an individual who is target-driven and has the ability to work on their own initiative. The candidate should possess strong numerical and excel skills. Payroll and accounts experience is essential. This is for an initial temporary 3 month contract. Key Responsibilities: Managing Debtors ledger; Managing Creditors ledger; Entering invoices to SAGE; Processing payments; Processing Creditor payments; Monthly staff payroll preparation for up to 300 employees; Using Revenue Online; Using Banking online; Dealing with payroll queries in a timely manner; Ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements: 4-5 years payroll and general accounting experience; Third level qualification;IPASS qualification; SAGE Qualification; Knowledge of ROS; Comprehensive understanding of tax and payroll related issues; Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook essential; Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills.Excellent verbal communication, written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
