Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant – Solve Accounting & Outsource Solutions – Dublin 15

Excellent opportunity for experienced Bookkeeper to join a growing and progressive accounting outsource firm. This is a full time position and an immediate start. Main responsibilities: Bookkeeping using TAS / XERO / SAGE accounts package. Maintenance of creditors ledgers. Full reconciliation of Creditors Accounts. Debtors ledger. Bank processing and reconciliations. Reconciliations of key control accounts. Support to other finance staff. Maintain all company files (Digital and Physical) in a structured and logical fashion. Liaising with different Clients and ability to multitask. Strong accuracy and attention to detail essential. Experience with processes and procedures. Bookkeeping / accounts experience essential. Excellent computer skills. Payroll experience would be an advantage. Good administration skills. Ability to work on own initiative. Excellent communication skills.
