We are looking for an experienced Business Account Manager to join our team to cover potential sales opportunities in the Munster and Connaught area. Applicants must have a minimum of two years experience working in a similar role. To maximise the effectiveness of direct sales by lead generation in nominated sectors set by management team. Demonstrate initiative to do the same without direction and excellent account management and sales skills over the phone. The Key aim is producing high quality leads and working as a team towards agreed set Key performance indicators which are a mix of development/training and licence sales. The ideal candidate will show they can provide a high level of sales support by excellent communication and following processes and procedures set out by the company. This will involve ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner.

Skills Requirements

Essential Requirements: The applicant will be determined & enthusiastic. Ability to multi task with good communication skills.The Business Account Manager will have excellent organisational skills.Ability to build strong working relationships over the phone and face to face. Possess the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. The Business Account Manager will be able to work to deadlines. Must be computer literate.
