Description
Our Client a consumer and Market Research company based in Dundalk currently seek to recruit a Client Account Manager for their business. The client Account Manager will manage client portfolios including large and smaller clients. The Account manager will be responsible for every aspect of the client programme i.e. initial contact, programme set up and design, managing the field work, proofing reports, through to presentation of results and analysis to the client.
Skills Requirements
At least 3 years office/administration experience. Previous client experience. Previous experience of working in a team of more than 3 or 4 people. Excellent communication including telephone and written skills. Significant experience/knowledge in excel, word, outlook and power point. Own a car with a full driving license and ability to travel to Dublin or Belfast on occasion.
