Community Fundraiser – The Alzheimer Society of Ireland – Blackrock, Co Dublin

The Alzheimer Society of Ireland works across the country in the heart of local communities providing dementia specific services and supports and advocating for the rights and needs of all people living with dementia and their carers.

Our vision is an Ireland where no one goes through dementia alone and where policies and services respond appropriately to the person with dementia and their carers, at the times they need support.

A national non-profit organisation, The Alzheimer Society of Ireland is person centred, rights-based and grassroots led with the voice of the person with dementia and their carer at its core.

We are currently recruiting for a Community Fundraiser to join our Fundraising team. This position will be based in National Office, Blackrock, Co. Dublin but will require regular travel throughout the country.

This position requires an ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated and target driven individual who can form excellent working relationships.

To apply for this role you will need to have a minimum of three years’ experience in fundraising or in a similar role. You will also need to have a third level qualification in a relevant discipline.

This position is being offered on a one year fixed term contract basis.

Salary will be dependent on relevant experience.
