Credit Control – Tallaght, Dublin 24 Role: Admin Clerk to Credit Control Department Times: 09:00am to 5:30pm with one hour lunch break Period of time required: Minimum 4 weeks (could be extended) Rate: ?12.55 per hour. Job Description · Logging and resolving invoice queries; · Ensuring system notes are updated in a timely fashion; · Assisting as required in collecting outstanding balances by way of phone calls/e-mails; · Maintaining Cash on Account (COA) Reports; · Processing credit cards payments of selected customers on a weekly basis; · Weekly updates of key accounts and distribution of invoices and Dunning Letters;
Skills Requirements
Preferably 1-2 years relevant experience; Minimum education Leaving Cert or equivalent. Excellent computer skills (with an aptitude to learn new software). Previous experience using SAP system would be an advantage. Excellent time management and administrative skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (must have excellent phone manner/clear diction/high standard of English).
