Description
On Behalf of Client Warter Aviation Limited the following is a list of responsibilities required: Liaise with customers and suppliers on a daily basis. Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, sales invoices, and customer relations on a day to day basis. Ensuring all procedures are processed effectively for opening accounts and verifying customer documents. Processing of supplier invoices and reconciling balances of suppliers. Communicating with clients and suppliers through phone and email. Various office and administrative tasks as required. Skills requirement: Excellent communication skills. Self motivation. Professional with excellent computer skills. Must speak English fluently and be a first language standard speaker of one of the following languages: Polish,German. Willingness to travel.
Salary: €20,000 pro rata
