Fees / Accounts Administrator – Priority Placements – Dublin 2

Description

Our client is looking for a Fees Administrator. Main responsibilities: Dealing with students queries about fees, balances, registration, etc. Issuing invoices for payment of fees. Billing. Lodging of daily payments and preparation of reconciliations report. Processing weekly cheques refunds. Issuing Tax receipts and Company invoices requested by the students and employers. End of day banking. Skills Requirement: Minimum 1 year of administration experience ideally in college/school environment dealing with students. Experience in processing fees, refunds and invoices. Strong communication and computer skills. Fluent English.
