One of our Clients is looking for a Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) to join their team for 4 months contract. Duties include: Preparation of the annual statutory financial statements for the UK and Ireland keeping deadlines. Preparation of supporting schedules and working papers for the annual Statutory Audit. Drafting of accounting treatment memorandums. Preparation of reconciliations between the UK and Ireland and US GAAP Ledgers. Review and analysis of the Profit and Loss account and Balance Sheet. Involved in the accounting for acquisitions and liquidations. Provide reporting to management on issues, statistics, metrics and projects. Other ad-hoc duties. Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent qualification would be preferable. Min. 2+ years experience in an accounting environment, preferably in a practice environment. Undertaking professional examinations, e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA. Analytical & computer skills preferably MS Office. Prior experience of SAP an advantage.
