Fixed Asset Accountant – Galway. Our client is currently looking for a Fixed Asset Accountant for a 7 months contract. Principle Tasks: Reconciliation of fixed assets valuations to general ledger and Balance Sheet Valuations on our accounting system Navision. Reconciliation of all Historic Fixed Asset. Purchases to FAR (Fixed Asset Register). Stock take- Physical Reconciliation of all the Fixed Assets in all locations to the FAR. Daily responsibility for coordinating the Complete Fixed Asset process. Conduct a review of all fixed assets for impairment or revaluation reviews. Review and updating of Fixed. Asset policy and procedure. Experience required to deliver the support: At minimum of an Accounting Technicians Ireland qualification. Previous industry experience in maintaining a Fixed Asset Register for an organisation. Experience with multiple areas of Finance to include. A demonstrated numerical ability to record, interpret and analyse key process data.
