Fundraising Administrator – Dogs Trust – Dublin

Dogs Trust Ltd are currently seeking to recruit one permanent, full time Fundraising Administrator, with an extremely friendly, positive and can-do attitude.

The Fundraising Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Fundraising Department.

The successful candidate will be committed to the work and aims of Dogs Trust and empathetic to Dogs Trust Supporters, will be flexible and adaptable to change, with an excellent telephone manner, an excellent command of the English language and a passion for fundraising.

Experience working in an office administration role, using IT programmes  (Word, Excel and Outlook, PowerPoint) as well as  Mail Merge and  Data base management.

Excellent team work, interpersonal, customer service and communication skills are essential for the role as well as an ability to organise effectively, to use their own initiative, to work well under pressure and to demonstrate attention to detail.
