Description
Support the Customer Success Team, guiding customers to the most appropriate purchases of software licenses, hosting or services for their needs and timing. Support the revenue goals of the Customer Success Team. Follow up on incoming leads to existing accounts. Monitor hosting renewals, training dates, certifications and service hours. Run campaigns with existing customers for training, certifications and open service hours. Run Campaigns to lapsed customers to reignite their interest. Creation and administration of new proposals. Review paperwork required to bring new orders to close. Become a subject matter expert in all things BrightWork and SharePoint. Liaise with Solutions Specialist or Customer Success Architects to assist with closing. Maintenance and streamlining of internal systems and processes. Maintain data on company CRM tool. Ad-hoc, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting.
Skills Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a sales function, preferably in the software industry. Previous account management and selling into an existing customer base. Passionate about customer satisfaction, retention and growth. High energy person who likes to work directly with customers. A self-starter with a high work ethic and excellent attention to detail. Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills Team Player. Strong Technical Aptitude.
