Inputting all accounts to Trial Balance. Monthly cash flow analysis and budget preparation. Responsible for Accounts Receivable & Payable function. Responsible for the processing of Legal Aid. Working on Documatics Legal Evolve Accounts & Case Management. Preparation of Payroll and day to day running of the Practice including HR, overseeing holiday roster, sick days etc. All Returns to Revenue filed on ROS to include VAT, PAYE etc. Compliance with all Law Society Accounting Regulations.

Skills Requirements

A professional qualification relevant to the role. A minimum of 3 years relevant experience. Knowledge and understanding of Law Society Regulations. Computer literacy and excellent analytical (Excel) and report writing skills
