Description
Medical Billing Specialist required. Duties will include: Managing insurance returns; Assist with collating claims for submission; Managing internal and external phone and email queries; Locating charts and scanning medical information; Dealing with consultants as need arises; Working as part of a team. This role will continue for approximately 3 months but may be extended further depending on requirements.
Skills Requirements
Requirement: Strong understanding of claims and overall submission and return process; Previous experience as a Medical Secretary or experience within a patient account setting; Excellent computer skills and phone manner; Excellent written and verbal skills. The ideal candidate should have a can-do attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and be very reliable. Willing to take on additional duties as may be required.
