Description
Presidion are looking for a dynamic, organised person to look after their reception and office administration. The role includes reception duties, answering the phone and dealing with customer queries. The administrator will also be involved with general office administration including filing, organising flights, accommodation and expenses of the team. There is also an accounts part to this role which includes following up on invoices, processing payments and purchase orders.
Skills Requirements
Experience of MS Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word; Excellent organisation skills; Excellent communication skills; Excellent Time Management skills; Experience of working in a Reception and dealing with Clients; Experience of Sage and SalesForce an advantage
