Apex Fire Ltd. are looking for an experienced office administrator and credit controller to join their team at Apex Fire Ltd. s head office in Cavan. Apex Fire is Irelands premier leading provider of fire detection, protection, training and consultancy. Our Client base ranges from multinational / state bodies to small sole trading businesses with each customer sharing the benefits of our knowledge and expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for general administration and invoicing duties to effectively manage the monthly sales ledger. They will also be responsible for collecting outstanding debts from a range of customers throughout Ireland and UK and dealing with any associated queries and disputes that may arise through this process. They will work towards deadlines in order to maximize cash collections. Excellent customer service and a respectful telephone manner are an integral part of the role, as is, the ability to problem solve and negotiate.
