Payroll and Accounts Administrator
(Temporary to cover a Maternity Leave Position commencing January 2016)
Requirements
3 years minimum experience in the following:
Sage Micro Pay Professional
Fully aware of Revenue compliance to include filing of statutory returns – P30’s, P45’s, P46’s P60’s, and migration of employee details from revenue to payroll
Sage Instant Accounts or similar accounts package
Bringing accounts to Trial balance, processing transactions and bank reconciliations
Producing budget forecast reports, month end reports and management reports
Proficiency in IBB processes and EMTS
General office administration duties
Other Criteria
Experience of non-profit organisations desirable
Experience of Charity regulations and SORP requirements with regard to Accounts desirable
Proficiency in word and excel
Fluency in English language both oral and written
Ability to work on own initiative and part of a team
Qualifications
Accounting technician qualified or part qualified or working towards qualification
Appropriate payroll certificates
Position is based in Celbridge Co. Kildare.
Hours are Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary will commensurate with experience
