Position: Payroll Administrator. Location: Dublin 14. Duties: Preparation of Monthly and Bi weekly reports. Assist with preparation of the monthly payroll process. Dealing with all aspects of the payroll process – Starters and Leavers, Bonus, Holidays and other statutory and voluntary additions / deductions. Respond to employee queries quickly and efficiently. Preparation and filing of annual P35s and employees P60s. Employee interaction and providing advice on PRSI and basic tax issues relating to payroll. Weekly Management Reporting. Experience of Time and Attendance systems desirable. Essential: 1-2 years Payroll experience. Certified Payroll Technician (IPASS) or equivalent. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong IT skills, particularly MS Office skills i.e. Excel and Word. Excellent administration and organisational skills.
