The Role:
General Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the processing of monthly Crosscare payroll.
Assist in the processing of other Crosscare payrolls as required.
Collation and review of all relevant payroll data.
Liaison with team leaders, Senior Managers and Human Resources personnel to ensure all payroll information is captured in both a timely and accurate manner.
Processing of all payroll data on Earnie payroll system.
Reconciliation of payroll to reports to underlying data.
Calculation of monthly PAYE and PRSI, completion of returns and making payments on-line.
Processing of employee insurance payments (health, pension, etc).
Updating the general ledger with the monthly payroll costings.
Completion of Quarterly CSO reports.
Dealing with Auditors as part of the annual audit visit.
Keeping up to date with industry and relevant taxation changes, and ensuring all such changes impacting Crosscare payroll are correctly implemented.

The Holder:
(Qualification/Skills Requirements) Requirements:
Minimum 3 years payroll experience.
Strong working knowledge of Payroll System – Earnie an advantage
Working knowledge and familiarity with ROS
Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
Completion of relevant payroll qualification an advantage.
Successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, a proven ability to work to tight deadlines, and the ability to work without close supervision.
