Payroll Administrator / Junior Role – Noel Group – Dublin 24

We are currently looking for a Junior Payroll Administrator to join our team based in Santry. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting senior payroll and accountants in running the weekly payroll. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience working along side accomplished accountants in a busy office.The Role:Assisting payroll administrators in the day to day duties.Assisting in all aspects of the payroll process – Starters & Leavers, Holidays, Invoices and other statutory and voluntary additions/deductions.Assist in the preparation of tax documentation for i.e P45s, P60s etc. Dealing with employee issues/queries ensuring a fast turnaround on any issues. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. Salary DOE.

Skills Requirements

The Candidate:A minimum of 6 months payroll administration experience in a busy environment.Working knowledge of Sage and Merit an advantage.Knowledge of relevant PRSI/Tax legislation an advantage.The ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadline.Flexibility to meet changes in working requirements is essential. Strong positive attitude and interpersonal skills.Strong time management and organisational skills.
