Our client a leading manufacturing firm based in Westmeath is looking to recruit an experience Payroll Administrator to cover a maternity leave. The successful candidate will have the following:Experience operating payroll software in particular Micro Pay. Computer literate with experience in the MS Office suite and in computerised accounts packages.Comfortable using Excel on a regular basis and has the capability to use formulae in excel. Experience of AP, processing invoices and made payments to suppliers. Ability to organise and prioritise workload. Remain calm under pressure. Ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally. Ability to work as part of a team. Present a professional attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills (very important part of this role). You main duties and responsibilities will include the following:ODBC Excel Reports. Generating reports for inbound materials and haulage details in MS Excel using ODBC reports.
