Description
The PSA is a partners key point of contact into SAP focusing primarily on enabling partners to grow their SAP business. The PSA works with partner senior management and the SAP Field Sales organisation to develop a targeted enablement plan, which is fully aligned with the partners business plan. The PSA is then responsible for executing that enablement plan with the partner. This involves delivering a range of tailored services to improve the performance of the partner across all areas of their business including sales, presales, marketing, implementation methodologies, quality, customer support etc. The PSA proactively drives the relationship with the partner and will have a series of remote 1:1 meetings, with the emphasis on identifying the partners business needs and building a long term relationship.
Skills Requirements
1-3 years? experience of account or partner management; Account Management in the Software / IT Industry sector; Knowledge and technical experience with SAP would be a distinct advantage; Experience with support systems, message handling and remote communication tools (e.g. Webex, NetMeeting, Interwise, Computer Based Training etc.); Strong level of technical credibility from the partner s perspective; 1-3 years experience of account or partner management; Proficient knowledge of German
