Requirements; Fluency in Chinese Mandarin and South Korean essential. Demonstrated experience in a similarly diverse role in covering purchasing and inventory management. Experience of margin and cost analysis essential. Experience of sourcing and purchasing Asian goods for the hospitality sector is essential. Experience of Japanese Cuisine and restaurants. Excellent Communication and presentation skills with strong negotiation abilities.

Skills Requirements

Knowledge and Experience: Experience working on agreeing new stock items, their specifications and pricing. 1-2years purchasing experience desired. Well presented. Fluent written and spoken English. Eligible to work within Ireland & the EEA.
