We support individuals living in the community or incarcerated in prison who have/ had difficulties with drug & alcohol misuse. We support them in identifying progressions such as training, education & employment, while addressing their current needs / supports. We offer one-to-one keyworking, group work, counselling and holistic therapies.
We are currently recruiting the position of receptionist/administration & Finance person.
The main focus of responsibility is reception duties, administration tasks, maintaining financial records as well as the processing of daily income & expenditure and purchase of goods & services.
The successful applicant for this post will have:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience working with QuickBooks or a similar accounting software package.
Experience in finance, procurement and office administration.
Strong IT skills with a strong command of Excel, Word and financial software.
Have excellent reporting and presentation skills.
Be able to work on own initiative and work as part of a team.
Have a relevant qualification or demonstrate an exceptional track record.
Be able to carry out designated correspondence on behalf of the organisation.
To assist in the maintenance of records of the organisation, including database management
A full clean driving license [Desirable]
