Receptionist / Switchboard – Noonan Cleaning Services – Co Dublin

Noonan are currently recruiting for a Receptionist based on a prestigious contract. This role will be located on our clients site in Dublin City Centre. Key Accountabilities: Answering and forwarding calls. Greeting visitors to the site and completing sign in procedures. Issuing security passes. Dealing with queries arising by telephone and visitors on site. Dealing with customer queries in a professional manner and relaying information to the relevant contact. Provide a professional service to all internal and external customers. Ensuring the reception area is maintained to a high standard. Escalating queries or issues as appropriate. Liaise with security regarding any risk or issues. Carry out other administrative duties as assigned.

Skills Requirements

3 years experience in a similar role within a corporate environment. Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner. Strong organisational skills. Ability to prioritise and multi tas. Exceptional customer services skills. Ability to take initiative to resolve problems, work on own initiative. Flexible and enjoy working as part of a team. Attention to detail. Strong on Microsoft Office. Previous experience working with phone systems.
