Duration: Permanent. Location: Based in Paris but will also be required to visit distributors in Paris, the North and central France. Will also require occasional travel to Head Office in Dundalk, Ireland. Role reports to: Goldstar General Manager. Overall Purpose of Job: The Sales Account Manager is responsible for growing Goldstars business in North France and working to agreed targets. Main Duties: Prospecting, meeting and developing strong relationships with the major merchandise distributors in North France, especially Paris; Managing and growing the customer database; Providing high-levels of customer service (including following up orders, sample and brochure requests, solving problems, etc); Will be required to represent Goldstar Europe at key French road and Trade Shows; Assisting with preparation of marketing materials.
Skills Requirements
Essential Skills and Attributes: Ideally 2-5 years+ experience selling promotional merchandise to leading French Distributors North and Central France; We will also consider candidates with a proven track record in sales for promotional products distributor; Degree Educated – Business, Marketing or Sales Degree would be a benefit but not essential; Ambitious and driven, with an ability to work to targets; Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
