Description
Experienced School Secretary with account knowledge required. Duties and responsibilities in the position include but are not limited to the following: Keep the accounts on TAS Books for now and then to progress to Sage 50 (training will be provided). Banking online including dealing with invoices online and bank lodgements; Returns to revenue inc RCT and VAT returns; Weekly Payroll; Teacher appointments forms for DES salaries; Working on DES Sumer work projects; State exam superintendents and return to SEC; P Pod entries; Annual student journals; Student Book lists; Administration Fee collection; Enrolment and admissions.
Salary: €29,000pa Neg DOE
