This is a trainee role, perfect for an individual looking for a career change into a new area of expertise.Roles & Responsibilities: Monitoring incoming payments of sales invoices.Processing contractor payslips and pay advice notes. Checking & processing tax free expenses claim forms through the payroll. Responding to contractor queries relating to sales invoices, payments, payslips and expenses.Setting up new contractors and liaising with Revenue and agencies in relation to same.Liaising with Revenue on queries/tax deduction certificates etc.Issuing of P45s and P60s.Assistance with preparation of monthly P30 returns and annual P35 returns.Other payroll related tasks as may be required.Issuing sales invoices in support capacity during peak periods.Assistance with summarising information for VAT returns.Liaising with Revenue in relation to tax clearance certificates, tax agent linking and updating client details. Administration related to contractor clients as required.

Skills Requirements

Existing Irish payroll knowledge an advantage. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent written and verbal English. Excellent people skills. Proven organisational and planning abilities. Ability to work to deadlines in a calm manner. Computer Literate; good Excel and Word skills an advantage.
