Administrator (Sales and Marketing Support) – Ozone Health & Fitness Ltd – Co Clare

OVERVIEW: Responsible for normal administrative duties while supporting Sales and Marketing activities. A successful applicant will also be responsible for the following: Respond to all e-mails and phone calls in a timely fashion. Social media management and event marketing (weekly roll call on FB private group, etc). Customer service tasks including check-ins with clients, giving facility tours and welcoming guests to the facility. Answers phone calls, makes marketing/ customer care calls with professional courtesy. Maintains client/trainer schedule and handle all cancellations and make-ups. Execute marketing as required (e-mail, post cards, phone calls, etc). Complete new client Welcome protocol. Update website; Reviews print articles and marketing material prrior to delivery. Pre-qualify leads for Consultations within 20 minutes. Inputs client info into Membership and CRM software (ie infusionsoft). Training will be provided on the above and on information & communiction flow.
