Description
To provide a professional service and represent Noonan in line with the company ethos and expectations, to ensure contracts are supervised in the most effective manner by maximising efficiency and minimising costs. Provide leadership and guidance to staff, create and maintain a profitable service delivery model for all contracts to include integration of bundled services where possible. To deliver company presentations for quarterly review meetings in a professional manner, endorse and implement new company initiatives and ensure they are communicated to all levels of the division, cross selling, communication with Operations Support regarding rostering of contracts. Assist Operations Support in closing any Open Posts where appropriate, ensure overtime is kept to an absolute minimum, conflict resolution with staff, disciplinary procedures with staff. Staff training in conjunction with both company and site guidelines, Health and Safety Audits and contract Start-Up.
