Description
Key Tasks and Duties: Providing world class customer service, understanding customer needs and gaining loyalties. Partner with the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop store team to achieve exceptional customer service and store standards on a daily basis. Be an ambassador for the brand and the values it represents. Reach store targets by ensuring staff are following the sales process and offering customers the complete solution. Deal with any enquiries and complaints and monitor customer service. Ensure all merchandising and promotional material are consistently displayed and executed to the highest of standards. Keep up to date with product knowledge, continuously learning and developing yourself and your team (some training provided). Administration tasks such as creation of staff rotas, management of deliveries, bank lodgements, cash up, key holder. Any other duties as directed by the manager or general manager.
Skills Requirements
Have experience in a similar retail assistant manager or supervisory role. Have a positive mental attitude and encourage your team to be the best they can be, providing feedback and direction when required. Confidence when communicating to line manager, sales staff, and customers. Have a passion for Apple products, retail, and customer focused sales. Engage well with others and be passionate about providing a second to none customer experience. Must be available both week days and weekends.
